It doesn't matter who the listing agent is, I can assist you in finding your next dream property! As a buyer's agent, my services cost you nothing*. I get paid by the seller. Remember, in purchasing real estate, the listing agent, the agent with the listing or the agent whose name is listed on the for sale sign, works for the sellers. Their job is to get the highest and best possible price for the seller. Thus, it is important for you, as a buyer, to be represented by a buyer's agent.
